The Clubhouse is a great community asset and   available for member use with a reservation, cleaning deposit and insurance endorsement. There is presently no charge to use the clubhouse for a member event.  To reserve the clubhouse please submit the application along with a cleaning deposit of $100 (refundable) and insurance endorsement (click here for the note on what is required) to The Management Trust (Kocal) our management company..

Upon review and confirmation of all the paperwork The Management Trust will notify you via email or phone that your reservation is confirmed and enter your name in the clubhouse calendar which can be viewed on the lakeview Hills web site. Your reservation date is not confirmed until all the paperwork has been reviewed, including the insurance endorsement, by our management company (so it  is possible that another member might book your desired date if they complete their paperwork earlier). You may check the web site for availability of dates or call TMT prior to filling out you application however you must complete and get your paperwork approved to lock in a date.

Upon confirmation from TMT you may pick up your key from the on-site member or alternate clubhouse committee person. TMT will inform you when the reservation is confirmed and from whom you may obtain the key. Upon completion of the event please clean up the clubhouse (or you may choose to forfeit your deposit by letting TMT know, preferably in advance,  and we will arrange for a professional cleaning service ---recommended by the Clubhouse Committee),  and return the key to the person you received it from. A clubhouse committee member will check the facility as being satisfactorily clean and inform TMT to return your cleaning deposit or notify you of any discrepancy.

We hope you enjoy your event at the clubhouse.
