Clubhouse Use Requirements

E-mail Print PDF

The Clubhouse is a great community asset and   available for member use with a reservation, cleaning deposit and insurance endorsement. There is presently no charge to use the clubhouse for a member event.  To reserve the clubhouse please submit the application along with a cleaning deposit of $250 (refundable) and insurance endorsement (click here for the note on what is required) to The Management Trust (Kocal) our management company.

Upon review and confirmation of all the paperwork clubhouse chair person will notify you via email or phone that your reservation is confirmed and enter your name in the clubhouse calendar which can be viewed on the lakeview Hills web site. Your reservation date is not confirmed until all the paperwork has been reviewed, including the certificate of insurance. (so it  is possible that another member might book your desired date if they complete their paperwork earlier).

Upon confirmation from the clubhouse chair person, you may pick up your key from the designated LVH contact person. The clubhouse chair person will inform you when the reservation is confirmed and from whom you may obtain the key. Upon completion of the event please clean up the clubhouse (or you may choose to forfeit your deposit by letting the clubhouse chair person know, preferably in advance,  and we will arrange for a professional cleaning service,  and return the key to the person you received it from. A clubhouse committee member will check the facility as being satisfactorily clean and inform the clubhouse chair person to return your cleaning deposit or notify you of any discrepancy.

We hope you enjoy your event at the clubhouse.
